Big Thebe of the used to be group Odd Future links up with one of the dopest producers around Samiyam for a slapper called Mirrors. Me and the homie was talking the other day about the hardest emcees from the West and of course young Sweatshirt is on my list, along with a few other who I’ll give shine in they own posts. Earl is kind of easy to digest if you really listen, he’s honest, with just a little cryptic lyrics sprinkled throughout.
You can tell a solid emcee by the beats he selects.
Some of my favorite lines on the joint are:
“High and level headed, so I’m treadin’ when the tide switch/ Self medic, always too restless to let the time tick.”- Big Thebe
I aint gone spoil it too much, below is the video, vibe for self, let me know what you think. Is Earl that dude or does the young Lord got some more work to do?
